I will do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible. I appreciate your patience and understanding as you can’t always control what life throws at you and there may be slight delays.
• All Sales Are Final: Every piece is made by hand, making them unique. Because of this, I do not accept returns or exchanges, but I do hope that you love your item!
• Handle With Care: While the pieces I create are designed to be durable, I do recommend care when handling them. If you experience any issues with broken stones/metal within a few weeks of purchasing, please reach out to me!
• Sizing: I want to ensure your piece fits the way you want it to! Please double-check your sizing before ordering, as sizing mistakes aren’t something I can fix.
• Shipping Issues: While I do take great care in packing your order, unfortunately, I can’t be responsible for items that may be lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If you’d like extra precautions, just email me at the time of purchase to request a Signature Delivery.
